The Coaches Ministry focuses on engaging the heart of the coach first.
Why Coaches Ministry?
FCA Coaches Ministry is the ministry program to coaches through huddles, events, training, and resources.
Coaches are the heart of FCA. Our vision is to see coaches transformed, who then by their coaching, bring transformation to the people of sports. We desire to see biblical coaches who are Christians who happen to coach, rather than just coaches who happen to be Christians. When coaches become followers of Jesus Christ, their character, their relationships and their approach to coaching will be authentic
The coach is the one of the most influential individuals in our society. It has been said that a coach will influence more people in one year than most people will in a lifetime. FCA seeks to equip and encourage coaches to grow in their faith and become transformational in how they coach their athletes and influence other coaches.

What are you trying to prove?
We’re all trying to prove something: our spot on the team; being captain material; being accepted by our peers; earning success and accolades; even love. We put time and energy into doing all we can to fit into these spaces, but it leaves us exhausted and unfulfilled.
But we don’t have to keep striving to prove our worth; God has proven everything for us through His Son Jesus Christ. We simply receive what has already been done for us. We are proven in Him.

Coaches Bible Studies (Huddles)
FCA Coaches Bible Studies are designed for a small group with coaches willing to commit to studying God’s Word and applying His truths on and off the field and court.
Coaches Time Out
A targeted study with a unique coach’s setting/environment that encourages and challenges coaches to live and compete according to biblical principles. Check out our Coaches TimeOut page here!

Huddle Leader
An FCA Huddle is a registered small group Bible Study that coaches teams at all levels on campus and in community club or travel sports. A Huddle can consist of a coaching staff or it can be made up of coaches from various teams. A coaches huddle can be led by:

Another adult serving as the Bible study leader.
In addition to resources on this page, local FCA Staff can assist you in deciding on and using discipleship material and a study series to develop spiritual leaders, which includes group leader training videos and other resources.
